About Brandon Wong, Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker in San Diego

A space to
navigate change, responsibility, and who you’re becoming.

Based in San Diego, I work with young adults and dads navigating seasons of change—whether stepping into new roles, feeling the weight of responsibility, or trying to make sense of what’s next. I offer a calm, thoughtful presence to help you slow down, feel understood, and move forward with greater clarity and direction.

Nobody told you it would feel like this.

You're someone who shows up. For your partner, your family, your responsibilities — you handle what needs handling. But something underneath isn't keeping up.

Maybe you became a dad and expected to feel more ready than you do. Maybe you're stepping into adulthood and the life taking shape around you doesn't quite feel like yours yet. Either way, there's a pressure you're carrying that doesn't have an easy place to go.

You're used to figuring things out on your own. But this one's differentand you know it.

You don't have to have it figured out to reach out. We'll start where you are — and work toward somewhere that actually feels like you.

HOW I WORK:

My approach is direct, relational, and focused on what's actually happening — not just what you can articulate about it.

A lot of the men I work with are self-aware. They have some sense of what's going on. What's harder is catching it in real time — noticing the pattern as it's happening, before you're already in the same reaction, the same argument, the same place you didn't want to end up.

That's where we focus. Not just understanding what's shaping your experience, but learning to do something different with it in the moments that actually matter.

This work is practical and it's real. And it's worth it.
